Call Logging  with CallAS

CallAS (Call Administration System) is the system that Computacenter uses to technically support the service that it provides to its customers. Your queries are recorded and processed here. The CallAS Internet interface makes it possible for you to submit your calls via the Internet and retrieve information regarding the progress of call proces-
sing at any time using a status query.

Who can use Internet Call Logging?
Internet Call Logging can be used by all Computacenter customers who have a user ID and password.

How can I get a user ID and password for Call Logging?
You can obtain your user ID and password by phone from Computacenter Central Call Management  or send a request via E-Mail.

When can I use Call Logging via the Internet?
Internet Call Logging is available around the clock, 365 days of the year.

What advantages does Internet Call Logging have to offer?
Internet Call Logging enables you to directly place your Calls and to obtain current status information regarding your Call at any time.

How can I log Calls and check the current progress of the Call online?
