Chief Executive Officer
Mike Norris has been Computacenter’s Chief Executive for more than 20 years. As well as spearheading the Group’s strategy and growth ambitions, he is responsible for ensuring the company delivers value to its customers and shareholders. Mike joined Computacenter’s sales team in 1984 after graduating from university. He went on to hold a number of roles before taking over the management reins in 1994. Mike has a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of East Anglia and was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Science from Hertfordshire University.
Group Finance Director
Tony Conophy has been Computacenter’s Group Finance Director since 1998. A member of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants since 1982, he joined Computacenter in 1987 as a Finance Controller, becoming General Manager of Finance in 1991 before being appointed Finance and Commercial Director with responsibility for all financial activities in 1996.
Group Delivery Director
Julie is responsible for the delivery of services to Computacenter’s customers. With a proven track record of over 25 years in the IT industry, including a 10 year career at IBM, Julie joined Computacenter in 1997 where she has held a number of Sales Leadership roles before leading both Group Service Management and Service Take-On. Julie has a B.A Hons in Geography.
Group Services Director
Jim joined Computacenter in May 2018 and is responsible for Service Design, Transition and Transformation, and Service Management in all Group Operating Countries and is also a member of the Group Executive Committee. Jim was previously at Accenture for 10 years, where his most recent role was Global Quality and Risk Managing Director for Accenture’s Health and Public Services (H&PS) business. Jim has also held a number of other leadership roles including, Chief Executive Officer of Edinfor at LOGICACMG; Vice President for IT and Customer Services at TXU; and an Associate Partner at Andersen Consulting. Jim has a BA (Honours) in Natural Science from Cambridge University.
GROUP CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER
As Group Chief Commercial Officer Kevin is responsible for inside sales, supply chain services and partner management. Kevin joined Computacenter in 1990 and throughout his entire career has held a variety of leadership roles and has always operated on a ‘customer first’ basis.
Chief People Officer
Sarah has over 25 years’ experience in the Tech industry. She originally joined Computacenter in 1996 and spent 12 years in various Sales and Service Leadership roles. Between 2008 and 2018 she consulted to a number of Tech organisations across Europe, advising on Strategic Growth and Organisational Change. Sarah re-joined Computacenter in March 2019 to lead the Group People Strategy and in-country HR functions. Sarah graduated from Manchester University with a degree in Technology and Design.
Head of Group Legal & Contracting
As Computacenter’s Head of Group Legal and Contracting, Fraser advises on large services engagements, particularly those involving multiple partners. He took on his current role in 2013 after a six-year tenure as Head of Legal in the UK. Fraser qualified as a barrister in 1997 and has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.
Group Chief Information Officer
Mark joined Computacenter in 2001 as UK Information Services Director. Following the acquisition of the German business in 2003 his role expanded to cover all Group companies as Group CIO. He is responsible for all of Computacenter’s systems and infrastructure and has played a key role in the design and development of most of the systems in use across the Group.
Group Development Director
Mo originally joined Computacenter in 1997 and is now responsible for Group Strategy, Marketing and the development of smaller & new Country markets. Mo has helped to shape the company’s global positioning through a mixture of organic growth, business start-ups and acquisitions.
President, Computacenter North America
Kevin is responsible for all Computacenter’s North American operations. Previously he led Pivot as President and CEO since 2016, having joined in 2015. He brings 20 years of senior leadership experience in the IT industry in sales, service operations, profit-loss management and acquisition integration. Prior to joining Pivot, Kevin spent nine years at CompuCom, most recently as Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Services Officer (CSO). He led some 9,000 of CompuCom’s 11,500 associates and grew CompuCom to be one of the largest device management companies in North America. Previously Kevin led sales and operations at GE’s IT Solutions largest services region. Kevin holds a dual bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from Indiana University (FW).
Managing Director European Development & France
Lieven joined Computacenter as a team leader for Belgium’s consulting division in 2000. By 2008, he had been appointed to the role of General Manager for Computacenter Benelux, with responsibilities including aligning local business to the services and solutions portfolio and growing market share. From 2015 to June 2018, he was in charge for stabilising and growing the French business unit as Managing Director for France. In July 2018, he was appointed as Managing Director European Development, assuming responsibility for Computacenter’s growth in Europe, outside of France, Germany and the UK. On top of this mission, the French business was added to Lieven's area of responsibility as from October 2020. He reports to Mike Norris, Group’s CEO, and he is a member of the Group Executive Committee.
Managing Director, Germany
From overseeing sales to managing consultancy teams, Reiner has enjoyed a diverse career at Computacenter. He joined the company in 1994 as Head of Customer Services and went on to hold various managerial positions before moving to his current role in 2013. Reiner was responsible for designing and implementing the company’s service management systems.
MANAGING DIRECTOR, UK & IRELAND
Neil leads the UK and Ireland for Computacenter, and is accountable for all customer relationships and engagement across all service lines of business. Neil joined Computacenter in 2001 as part of a TUPE process and has held management positions in the UK and Germany for more than twelve years.
