Professional Sales Associate Programme

Join our award-winning Professional Sales Associate Programme! Not only will you be helping us to shape the digital future, but you’ll be joining a fantastic platform for a long-term career in sales. Built entirely around you, this high profile 16-month, exec-sponsored programme is designed to accelerate talented graduates into the world of IT sales and business. Upon completion, you’ll have the knowledge, network and capabilities to be a success in a customer driven sales role.

This exciting, frontline sales development programme is designed to help strengthen your strategic thinking, sales techniques and technical knowledge of IT, with clear career paths and purpose from the start.

Business Management Programme

Our exciting 10 months Business Management Graduate Programme offers the most talented individuals a fast-track pathway into the world of IT service delivery. Although the programme is centred in the UK, you could also work across our Group on international customer accounts. Once you’ve successfully completed the programme, you will become one of our world-class service management professionals. Being based on our customers’ sites, our Service Managers are at the frontline of our business.

What you'll be doing

Following an induction period where you'll learn about our business, our core functions and our customer propositions, you'll join a handpicked cohort of internal staff to form a Service Management Academy where you'll focus on 'in-role' learning of IT service management. During your time in the Academy, you'll develop essential skills and business acumen to prepare you for a customer-facing role with some of the largest public and private sector enterprises in the world.

After the programme

Upon successful completion of the programme, you'll be offered a role as an IT Service Manager.

Graduate IT Consultant – Remote

Our exciting 9 month fast-track development programme, centred in the UK but working across our Group, is designed to accelerate the most talented individuals into the world of IT Technical consultancy. We are a ServiceNow Elite Partner and work closely with our customers to transform their business processes across IT, HR, Customer Service & Automation. This his unique journey could be the start of the rest of your career.

What you’ll be doing

Over the 9 months we will provide you with the essential skills and business acumen to help you to become a world-class IT Consultant and Software innovator professional. Join an industry-leading training programme to immerse you in the ServiceNow ecosystem, building on your understanding of web systems development to create engaging experiences for our customers.

During your time with us we ensure your personal development. You will gain industry recognised certifications; ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management.

After the programme

Once you have successful completed the programme, and obtain industry recognised qualifications, you will have fantastic future career prospects and be offered a role as an IT Service Manager

Project Management Programme

This exciting programme is designed to fast-track talented graduates who have recently finished university into the world of project management within the tech industry. During the programme, you will receive internal training alongside rotations in various departments within Computacenter. You will also study towards industry qualifications such as the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification and ITIL.

What you will be doing

After an initial induction, you will complete a series of orientation days and short rotations throughout the business. These will give you a good all-around understanding of Computacenter and how, as a project manager, you will engage with other areas of the business.

You will then have a series of longer rotations within our projects practice in a hands-on role as a Project Coordinator. During this time, you will be exposed to different customer accounts and in different environments, including our customers' premises.

After the programme

Once you've successfully completed the programme you will have the opportunity to join our 400+ Projects Practice team. Depending on your level of competency, you will either be operating as a Project Coordinator or a Project Manager working to deliver successful outcomes for our customers.

The reason why I choose Computacenter, was due to the development opportunities that are emphasised within the business, allowing me to further develop my career and stay concurrent within a very competitive market.
