Digital Workplace Solutions

Digital Workplace Solutions: IT Hardware and Services Framework provides a compliant route to access IT hardware products. This includes laptops, tablets and printers, as well as deployment services and warranty services.

The objective of this project is to implement a contractual vehicle to facilitate the procurement of quality, value for money Products and or Services by Approved Organisations.​

The framework shall be flexible to meet the needs of participating public and private sector organisations both now and for the duration of the contract​

The new Digital Workplace Solutions framework agreement is a successor to Link: IT Solutions 2

Within the Scope of this agreement;

Application validation, Application Virtualization,  Back-up and Recovery, CALS (Client Access Licenses),  Client Devices, Data Centre Infrastructure,  Desktop Applications, Desktop Operating Systems, Environment Specific Application Software, Maintenance, management and support services, Networking which includes Local Area Networks (LAN), Storage Area Networks (SAN) and Wider Area Networks (WAN),  Professional Services/Consultancy/Implementation Services, Profile & Data Re-direction,  Security, Servers, Session Broker, Storage including on premise and hybrid solutions, Network Switches, Third Party Software including Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) software and Bespoke/Niche Software,  Training, VDI Connection Protocol, Virtualization Management and Virtualization Platforms
